“Sonya is a great keynote speaker. We’ve had a lot of positive feedback and want to extend a big thank you to Sonya. She set the scene for the event really well. It was a perfect balance of delivering a quite challenging topic to make people think and at the same time allow people to be vulnerable enough to express themselves, be thoughtful and engage in discussions.”
“Sonya gave our team a thought-provoking training on Diversity and Inclusion, which gave both direction to some of our ongoing projects, and breathed life into some new ones. As a tech startup trying to set socially equitable processes and culture at this foundational stage, the training was especially important. Sonya was open and gave people space to share their thoughts without judgement- would recommend!”
“Sonya is an inspirational speaker. She presented a Women In Tech breakfast webinar on personal branding that was excellent. She gave insightful information on how to think about your personal brand with helpful tips. It was entertaining and full of opportunities to participate as well. “Sonya’s contribution as a panellist at our employee Impostor Syndrome event conjured a compelling mixture of vulnerability and gravitas. Her warmth in sharing personal stories, coupled with her expertise and practical tips, made it not only a thoroughly enjoyable event but one from which attendees took something away to put into practice immediately as well as consider further. We had record turnouts and incredible feedback for the session and look forward to inviting Sonya back for events in future.”
“We invited Sonya to be the external speaker at an employee panel about overcoming Imposter Syndrome and I was impressed by her from the very start. Not only are her experience and candour impressive, but she came to all preliminary meetings prepared with all the right questions. Her knowledge came through at every stage of the process and the event was a huge success! This is clearly a topic that touches many, and I am sure we wouldn’t have been as successful had it not been for her well-researched advice. Thank you, Sonya!”
“At GoCo Group we were on the hunt for a diversity, inclusion and equality speaker for our national inclusion week activities and we were lucky enough to be referred to Sonya. Sonya worked closely with us in the lead up to the event to make sure the content of her session represented the area’s we wanted to discuss and educate our staff on, even issuing a questionnaire to staff to make sure it the session answered all of our questions around D&I. Sonya’s talk was incredibly well received across the Group, with one of the best attendance rates we’ve seen in our virtual events throughout 2020. I couldn’t recommend working with Sonya enough, I hope to work closely with her and her vast knowledge of all things diversity and inclusion in the future.”

Even though I am a designer and social media manager myself, Sonya’s talk has given me the motivation and right questions to consider for repositioning my online presence. Ever since the talk I have not stop thinking about what I can do, what I want to achieve and how I want present myself on social media. I’m really grateful to Sonya for inspiring me to work on my brand perception. I will be following you closely from now on Sonya!”
