What your people will do

Applied from day one, in your workplace.

Everything is built around the real work in front of them, so the organisation sees value long before the qualification completes.

Coordinate priorities, diaries and workflows across teams
Produce clear records, reports and business correspondence
Manage stakeholder relationships and day-to-day communications
Improve the administrative processes and systems teams rely on
Support project delivery and track actions through to completion
Strengthen the experience colleagues and customers receive
The live workplace project
One real project.
A measurable improvement by programme end.

Every apprentice delivers a real improvement project inside your business, streamlining a process, system or way of working. It becomes the evidence for their assessment and a measured return on your levy investment, not a classroom exercise.

Time saved, processes improved and productivity gained are documented and reported back, so you can see the impact directly.

Beyond the qualification

More than a qualification. A network.

As an RTB client, you and your teams get more than the programme itself. Through our network of 900+ speakers and experts, your people get live webinars running alongside their apprenticeship, events, resources and the chance to book global experts directly.
