A first in leadership development we launched the first programme to be delivered in the Metaverse embracing the infinite world of Virtual Reality with a programme led by global thought leaders in our own virtual space.


This year we further developed our offering in line with demand from our clients launching three new programmes specifically focused on inspiring female talent – Empower and L3 & 5 Women in Leadership funded Management Apprenticeships.


A year of online! As well as our delivery moving 100% online during the pandemic, we also moved to a more flexible approach at our head office with the building now used as a hub and super flexible working patterns the norm. Our change Catalyst Programme became a global online programme with leaders mixing from across sectors and geographical boundaries.


By 2019 we had evolved again and built a strategic partnership with Engage Solutions Group to provide a stable platform and integrations into our client’s systems.


We became a Government registered apprenticeship provider, delivering in leadership and management whilst focussing on the learner experience that our clients always expect from us. Change Catalyst was also developed and its first cohort of 75 excited managers started their programme journey.


Shaun Lanceley joins the business (later becoming a shareholder) bringing a wealth of knowledge delivering large scale learning programmes. We became an ILM approved centre later that year.


We moved to our current home with space to grow and develop our people in a modern setting.


We developed our unique learning app to support all of our delivery, enhancing the learning experience further by introducing elements like Augmented Reality, a first in the sector.


We developed our first bespoke Learning Management System to support our learning programmes. Although clunky in parts this early adoption was key to our blended approach in later years.


With recession hitting our clients hard we stuck by them (many are still clients today) but also diversified to run award winning programmes in Education and Sporting settings.


Formed in 2004 by Steve Smith and Jonathan Stanger and born out of a passion for self-development in its early years RTB focussed mostly on corporate speaking with our first exclusive speaker being Swimmer Steve Parry, fresh from winning a medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics! Our first client was NatWest Bank.
