It equips aspiring leaders with the core skills, behaviours, and confidence needed to take on their first management roles, helping them grow their leadership potential and make a meaningful impact from the outset.
Our Level 3 Excelling in Team Leadership Apprenticeship is perfect for under-25 non-graduates. The programme provides a cost-effective solution for developing your new and aspiring managers. It’s also fully-funded by the Apprenticeship Levy and is eligible for National Insurance exemption.
