Stage 01
Responsible AI & automation foundations
Ethics, human oversight and the principles of process improvement, using practical low and no-code technologies.
Stage 02
Workflow optimisation & intelligent delivery
Design, build and evaluate AI-enabled solutions, with governance, stakeholder engagement and change management.
Stage 03
Adoption, assurance & professional practice
Measure impact, communicate with stakeholders and embed long-term, human-centred improvement.
