Quick quote Professor Damian Hughes

I really enjoyed your presentation and it provided me with a lot of food for thought in how I conduct myself over the coming year. Much more importantly, however, was the feedback I had from the team in the room. They were highly complimentary of both your style and content. Comments I received ranged from ‘‘outstanding’’ to ‘‘the best of its kind I have ever heard.’’ Pretty impressive!’

We worked with Raise the Bar to source a key note speaker for an all-company internal event. The event itself was hosted at a time when, as a business we were looking to really boost the morale and motivation of our staff as came out of a period of furlough and dealing with lockdowns, and into what is going to be a challenging period to try and get back on track. We were therefore looking for someone who could communicate with and inspire everyone within the business regardless of role to pull together to achieve the ambitious targets in place for the rest of the year – and Damian did just that! From the briefing session where he really got to know us as a business and what we were looking for from him, to the technical rehearsal on the day he was warm and engaging and we knew that our people were going to get a lot from him. This was then backed up by the engagement from our staff with the content through out the session, and the feedback we had afterwards, where it was overwhelming positive and our teams really felt a buzz and excitement about how we are going to perform over the coming months. I’d recommend Damian for this type of event, but also thank you to Rucha and her team for organising.
