Erica Farmer has over 20 years of learning and development experience with some of the UK’s best known brands such as LV=, British Gas, Specsavers and Virgin.

She is an engaging and passionate speaker who is often invited to keynote at learning conferences and leadership events.

Erica’s area of specialism is the future of work and skills, and digital learning. Erica speaks about this in her recent TEDx talk, ‘Reforming Education through the Digital First Mindset’, and more recently as a LinkedIn Learning Instructor.

Erica is passionate about providing opportunities in business, specifically driving innovation and thought leadership. Recent examples are the work around AI and hosting ‘AI for the Average Joe’ podcast show, making the complex, simple.

Erica is also an advisory member of the AI in Work & Skills Forum and is often asked to consult with bodies such as the All Party Parliamentary Groups at Westminster.
