Zannah’s work focuses on how organisations unlock growth by shifting the cultural habits that shape everyday decisions, priorities and performance. Through a Breakthrough lens on energy, engagement and senior leadership alignment, Zannah helps audiences see what drains momentum, what builds collective ownership, and what creates the conditions for teams to move with clarity, pace and purpose.

Zannah has delivered work with global organisations including Kellanova, Commercial Metals Company, Ricoh, Ferrero, JDE Peet’s and Coty. She is the host of the 3 Lessons from Breakthrough Leaders podcast and is currently co-authoring a book on energy-driven transformation, due for publication in September 2026.

Over the last 13 years at Breakthrough, Zannah has held multiple roles including as Managing Director. Before Breakthrough, Zannah worked in online marketing and communications roles for leading fashion and beauty brands including Estée Lauder and Tom Ford, alongside operational roles in trade and research institutions. She holds a Masters in Chinese and African International Relations.

Based in London, Zannah works internationally and brings a passion for history, health and wellbeing, relationships, nature and feminism into her perspective on leadership, culture and human performance.
