Prior to working in the area of learning development, Kirsty was in senior roles within the retail & sales environment (with Marks & Spencer, Mattel and Masterfoods), finishing off her “proper jobs’ with Head of Learning and Development at Heineken.
Kirsty has spoken on leadership, mindset, communications, customer experience and coaching around the world, speaking at executive leadership conferences in America, Australia, UK and Europe. She has developed, designed and delivered leaderships programmes for Ford, HSBC, First Direct, Santander, Barclays, Heineken, Technip and M&S Money; her creative edge in delivery and design creates a powerful experience in her programmes and speaker sessions.
Her love of business – (the commercials, brand execution and customer experience) marries with her talent in designing bespoke solutions for clients and Kirsty has been asked to host many of her clients’ in-house conferences due to her knowledge of their business.
