Jeannette Linfoot

Focused on helping corporate clients, business owners and senior executives take their business and career to the next level, Jeannette leverages her 30+ years’ global professional experience to advise executive Boards and help individuals overcome challenges to growth and scale through business mentoring, masterminds, and board advisory.

Recent clients include Accor Hotels, Virgin Atlantic, Manchester Airports Group, FTI, Nationwide Building Society, PWC, EY and private equity clients of 3i, Equistone and ECI, to name a few. Prior to her senior engagements with organisations such as TUI, Thomas Cook, First Choice and Saga, where she was CEO of the Travel Division, Jeannette graduated from university with a first class BA Hons degree in Economics & Management Studies, before starting her career in UK Government as an Economist.

Having held leadership positions since 1999, Jeannette boasts an impressive track record in building and optimising high performing teams, where she has honed her own ‘Brave, Bold, Brilliant’ approach to business. Working with individuals and businesses to develop, shape and drive forward their strategy, Jeannette brings an impartial perspective, which, combined with practical action-based solutions, delivers tangible results. As a mentor, Jeannette has supported and empowered male and female colleagues, direct reports, and clients to unlock and achieve their full potential. As a result of Jeannette’s interventions, many of her ‘mentees’ have reached executive board-level positions, started, and built successful businesses, and diversified into portfolio careers. Alongside her direct engagements, Jeannette is a champion for diversity, equity & inclusion. As such, she is an active Mentor for Balance the Board, where she has effectively supported and coached women to excel in their professional careers. In addition, Jeannette is an Ambassador for Everywoman in Travel, and a judge for TTG Media awards, which recognises and celebrates talent across the travel industry.

Finally, Jeannette has been an active member of the Travel Advisory Board of the Founders Factory, bringing together corporate ‘big’ business with entrepreneurial start-ups. The ‘Brave, Bold, Brilliant’ brand has been inspired by Jeannette’s very own podcast, where she talks to incredible people about their experiences of being Brave, Bold, and Brilliant; while enabling listeners to understand how this has unleashed their full potential in business, their careers and life in general. Jeannette’s broader contribution has been formally recognised, where she was acknowledged by the Travel industry ‘Hall of Fame’ as ‘Businesswoman Of The Year’ and subsequently acknowledged as ‘One Of The Most Influential Women in Travel’ by the Association of Women Travel Executives. Jeannette is an influential power in business, having helped thousands of people unlock their true potential, while her podcast ‘Brave, Bold, Brilliant’ is now in the top 1.5% of all podcasts worldwide, and is listened to within 119 different countries.
