Programme summary

Three core learning goals. One end-to-end journey.

Supported by practical resources, applied learning activities and industry-relevant digital tools, with personalised guidance from an experienced Development Coach.

01

Responsible AI, governance & automation foundations

Build understanding of AI and automation principles, process improvement and workflow analysis. Using practical low and no-code technologies, identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient ways of working.

02

Workflow optimisation, integration & intelligent delivery

Design, implement and evaluate AI-enabled solutions, including ethical AI, governance, stakeholder engagement and change management, supporting digital transformation responsibly and effectively.

03

Adoption, assurance & professional practice

Strengthen the ability to measure impact, communicate with stakeholders and contribute to long-term organisational improvement through human-centred AI and automation practices.

Leadership infusion

Technology skills, infused with leadership.

Technical capability alone doesn’t change an organisation. Throughout the programme, we infuse the leadership and management skills that turn AI and automation into lasting organisational change, so your people don’t just build solutions, they get them adopted.

It’s what makes a Raise the Bar practitioner different: human-centred, commercially aware and able to bring colleagues with them.
