Terry Neild​

He spent 26 years in the Royal Air Force, entering management level in 1994 through to 2012 when he left after 3 years as a Senior Leadership Instructor for RAF College Cranwell. ​

Over the past 10 years he has grown his leadership coaching business into a successful company that provides executive and systemic team coaching to teams from Executive level down to shop floor, helping many managers and leaders in many different sectors improve performance in themselves and their teams.​

He aims to fully understand the individual’s point of view whilst not rescuing them, one that blends active listening with asking thought-provoking questions that unlock new thinking within the client.​

As a leadership and executive team coach, he has many clients from many different sectors. He has coached senior managers and SMTs in the maritime sector manufacturing submarines, ELT executives in the financial sector, graduate engineers in the IT Service sector and supervisory level managers in several different companies. Terry has worked with BAE Systems, Tradeweb, AYMES Nutrition, Partner Electronics and NEST Corporation as well as a lead coach for commercial and government-led leadership programmes in the Middle East.​

His passion is empowering people and teams by enabling them to better understand their own and other’s perceptions. This approach brings real gains in emotional intelligence, raising self and social awareness and helping the clients to better manage self and relationships in a productive and purposeful way.
