Jenny Campbell, a business and banking mogul responsible for the transformation of Hanco ATM Systems, is now paving the way for others to replicate her success. A seasoned speaker, her talks on the journey to success, qualities required to be competitive in business and extensive work in the banking sector are invaluable to audiences. As a former Dragon on BBC’s Dragons’ Den alongside Deborah Meaden, Jenny’s instinct for opportunity and wealth of business acumen saw her prolific business status expand to include a revered position in the media, too. The embodiment of an inspirational woman in business, her personal story resonates with many aspiring entrepreneurs, and her insight into various lucrative sectors makes her an asset to corporate clients.
With an international reputation, Jenny is highly in demand to share her expertise, having already supported clients like HSBC, Cancer Focus Northern Ireland charity and Arch Summit in her speaking career. Leaving school at 16, Jenny began an entry-level position at NatWest while studying for her banking qualifications. Determination, dedication and drive saw her achieve several milestones, not least passing her exams and securing the Chartered Institute of Bankers Prize. Continuing to actualise her ambitions, Jenny spent three decades in banking, ensuring the success of the Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest integration.
In 2006, as the director of operations for RBS-owned Hanco ATM Systems, Jenny was tasked with the daunting transformation. From the rapidly declining cash machine business to the rebranded YourCash, the entrepreneur saw potential, instigated a buyout, and developed a market-leading European ATM business. Undeniable in her success, Jenny was a role model through her position as the Vice Chair of the Prince’s Trust Enterprise Fellowship Programme. Outside of her business ventures, Jenny was appointed a Director at the UK Kennel Club and continues to show Flatcoated retrievers.
Dedicated to harnessing talent, Jenny is also an avid supporter of the Young Enterprise and New Entrepreneurs Foundation, and in 2013, she was named the Silver Award Turnaround Entrepreneur at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. In 2014, the prestigious Vitalise Award for Business Woman of the Year was given to Jenny for her decades of achievement. She later joined as a Board Director for Women of the Year. With such a distinctive and successful career, Jenny’s captivating speeches benefit a wide range of demographics, and her down-to-earth and charming demeanour makes her one of the most highly sought-after speakers available on the circuit.
