This 12-month performance and engagement programme for our telecommunications client’s leadership population was led by an RTB expert in impact and communication – this programme also drew upon the experience of subject matter experts in leadership and strategy.
The programme consisted of 8 development days supplemented by between-module coaching and a bespoke online portal. A genuine business case study ran throughout the sessions and linked to each module.
In addition to the core content, a mentoring programme ran concurrently with alumni from previous programmes acting as mentors to the most recent cohort.
