By completing this form, you are confirming you accept and understand the following:

• We, the employer, have current and up-to-date Employer’s Liability and Public Liability Insurance. We are registered with the appropriate authority for the purposes of Health and Safety (HSE or local authority)

• We understand our obligation regarding the safeguarding of apprentices. We understand fully our duty and responsibility under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all other current safety legislation.

• We recognise our obligation and duties under the Equality Act 2010

• We will contact Raise the Bar immediately in case of injury to an apprentice and will allow you access to investigate.
