Webinar
The Future of Coaching in Organisations: The Role of Humans and AI
22 October 2026
On 22nd October, we hosted a live webinar on how organisations can build coaching capability that keeps pace with a changing world of work.
The way people work, lead and develop is shifting fast. Most organisations are asking the same three questions. What’s changing in how our people need to be developed? How do we get more from coaching? And where do people and AI each fit?
We brought together Zoë Jepson and Annabel Graham for an open conversation hosted by Jonathan Stanger.
They talked through why coaching has become one of the most effective ways organisations can respond to change. Teams are more dispersed, roles keep evolving, and managers are expected to do more than ever to support performance and growth. When leaders have real coaching capability, conversations create ownership, accountability and progress rather than dependency.
The panel shared what they’re seeing inside organisations right now, how coaching can be built into the way leaders work every day, and where AI is starting to support coaching while the human side of the conversation stays at the heart of it.
