Pauline Miller

The current Chief Equity Officer of Dentsu International and former Head of Talent Development and Inclusion at Lloyd’s of London, Pauline Miller is revered as a change agent in the insurance sector. With over twenty years of experience in human resources (HR), Pauline has led the way for diversification in corporate environments and has since spoken on the importance of the issue at events worldwide. A consummate professional, she is highly sought after to speak on insurance, diversity, business and change management.

Joining Lloyd’s of London in 2015, Pauline was equipped with over a decade of experience to transform the company’s HR department. Responsible for planning and implementing learning development programs, Pauline leads the global talent

and inclusion team to achieve inclusivity for the insurance giant. Within her role, Pauline has executed Lloyd’s Cultural programme and ensured employees from minority groups are able to succeed at all levels in the business.

Determined to be a role model for women and girls, Pauline is currently an advisory board member for the United Nations Foundation Girl Up organisation. She is able to empower women and younger girls to achieve anything, by giving them the platform and resources to do so. Additionally, Pauline has led ‘Dive In’ since joining Lloyd’s in 2015. The three-day festival is an annual event for diversity and inclusion in insurance which attracts a global audience of over 9000 attendees. Pauline’s vital work on the event has meant that insurance companies in twenty-seven countries have committed to turning awareness into action and creating a more inclusive workplace.

Pauline’s abilities to lead and inspire change through strategy and community have led her to become recognised across the global insurance sector. Having implemented numerous successful campaigns, she has been requested as a keynote speaker to inspire others to utilise her techniques. In 2019 she joined the panel for CIPD at Hallam Conferences to discuss the ethnic pay gap and has given speeches on behalf of the LGBT insurance network; Link.
