Vicky made history in Tokyo 2020 by becoming the most successful British female single sculler, finishing 4th at the Olympic Games, in rowing’s toughest discipline. An Olympic silver medallist, multiple world medallist, European Champion with over a decade in the British team she has experienced the ultimate highs and lows that Olympic sport brings.

Having competed on the world stage as both an individual in the single scull and in the ultimate team boat, the eight, Vicky’s experience provides a unique insight in the different skills required to motivate both yourself and the wider team around you.
