Dr Guy Meadows (PhD) is one of the UK’s leading sleep specialists, with over 20,000 hours of clinical experience dedicated to helping people overcome insomnia and transform their relationship with sleep. He holds a PhD in sleep disorders from Imperial College London and has conducted research in the sleep laboratories of Charing Cross Hospital and the Royal Brompton Hospital.

A pioneer of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Insomnia (ACT‑i), Guy specialises in chronic insomnia, sleep‑related anxiety, dependence on sleep aids, and the long‑term impact of sleep‑related trauma.
