Peter Cosgrove began his career in Banking with JP Morgan and then moved to PwC Consulting. He then spent over 15 years in the staffing sector and went on to focus on the future of the ‘workplace’. He is considered an expert on the future of work and founded the Future of Work Institute in Ireland.
He is a regular contributor to the national media on areas of talent, diversity and the future of work. He is on the steering committee of the 30% club which promotes gender diversity and on the Board of the mental health charity Aware. He is a former President of the National Recruitment Federation and honorary fellow and former Chairman of Junior Achievement Ireland.
