Workshop Information
This half day workshop is focused on flawless execution and gives delegates a completely fresh perspective on team and organisational performance based on the behaviours and processes used by the Red Arrows to deliver consistent outstanding results when working in complex cross-functional teams.
Facilitated by a team of fighter pilots using multi-media presentation, interactive exercises and unique cockpit video footage, delegates will be motivated and inspired to concentrate their minds on major execution issues from a unique perspective.
They will be introduced to tangible tools which can then be applied within the workplace. Key elements Mission Excellence Fighter Pilots can cover include:
