As a mindset coach, speaker, podcaster, and founder of MindStrong Sport, Lewis helps elite athletes, teams, and businesses develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and sustainable high performance. Lewis Hatchett was born with a condition that should have ended any dream of playing professional sport — no right pec, two missing ribs, and a doctor’s note that said “he won’t play many sports”. He turned pro and played first-class cricket anyway.
That experience — of rewriting the rules when the odds say no — now fuels his work as one of the fast-growing voices in mental strength, mindset, and performance psychology. His personal clients span Premier League and Championship Football, Premiership Rugby, ITF Tennis, and First-Class Cricket, and he has delivered performance and wellbeing programmes for leading organisations including Revolut, Lucozade, Citi, Volvo, and Kingfisher Plc.
He works with athletes across Premier League football, Premiership rugby, ITF tennis, and first-class cricket — and he’s helped teams at companies like Revolut, Lucozade, Citi, Volvo, and Kingfisher Plc rethink how they perform. Through his podcast MindStrong, Lewis has reached thousands with conversations from world-class performers, and his background in professional sport, meditation, and an MSc in Performance Psychology uniquely position him to bridge the gap between mental health and high achievement.
Lewis doesn’t just talk about mindset — he shows how to build it. His sessions combine storytelling, science, and actionable tools to help people lead with emotional intelligence, rewrite limiting narratives, and turn their mindset into their greatest strength. Because in the end, your mindset isn’t just a tool. It’s your edge.
