Her passion for mentoring and supporting people has been her driving force and led her to complete her International Coaching Federation ACC and PCC accreditations in 2019 and transitioning into head of personnel development at a global entertainment agency.
Laura has since set up her own successful coaching business, supporting women in all corners of the globe.
Specialist areas include confidence building, starting and building businesses and removing inner barriers to help clients achieve their goals. Laura has delivered 1:1 and group coaching to hundreds of women, creating tailored workshops and online mentoring programmes.
Alongside her private coaching business, Laura heads up a national NHS Leadership and Management programme (Graduates into Health) and works as a consultant for some of the largest coaching agencies in the world.
Laura has worked with all strata of the business world, from team leads to VPs in global enterprises, including Virgin, Amazon, Prequin, Uber Eats, and Marriott Hotels.
She has over 2,000 coaching hours under her belt and is soon to become a Master NLP Practitioner.
