Jane Rawden​

Working strategically at board level; operationally with managers and on a one to one with executive, talented or future leaders, Jane’s passion is to align leaders, people, and business objectives, turning challenge into authentic purpose.​

​Jane’s extensive experience across diverse sectors reflects breadth and depth; being employed and or working with major PLCs, including Babcock and Ibstock, working with international organisations, leading a UK multi sited hospitality business, supporting National Charities, and working alongside entrepreneurial SME’s for PFI investment. Jane is a Board Member of a Rare Breed Charity. During 2022 she was Chair for the Centenary Celebrations; working closely with representatives of the Society’s late Patron, Her Majesty The Queen, to celebrate world-wide the 100 years of the Charity. ​

Jane loves to be able to transfer and share her real-life career, into the delivery of leadership and development and supports her facilitation and coaching with her practical and commercial experience using latest thinking. Her style is inclusive and engaging. Jane is straight talking and operates in an environment embracing open and honest conversation to embed sustainable improvement and results. Jane works with leaders and future leaders to support them achieve their own results, creating space to review, reflect and implement next steps.​
