15 May 2025

At Raise the Bar, we know the future belongs to bold, capable leaders and it’s our job to help shape them. That’s why we’ve launched a dynamic leadership and management apprenticeship tailored to nurture your graduates: Future Ready

Combining the £5,000 Apprenticeship Levy and National Insurance savings of up to £6,000, the Future Ready programme is a solid investment in developing and retaining high-performing graduates in the workplace.

If you’re aiming to empower your graduates, learning with Raise the Bar is packed with purpose, driven by impact, and fully funded via the Apprenticeship Levy.

For non-graduates under-25 our L3 Team Leader Apprenticeship which provides a cost-effective solution for developing your new and aspiring managers. It’s also fully-funded by the Apprenticeship Levy and is eligible for National Insurance exemption.

Future Ready: Creating the Next Generation of Leaders

Designed for ambitious graduates, under 25, the Future Ready Programme supports learners to develop critical self-awareness, confidence and communication skills. This Level 3 management Apprenticeship qualification is delivered through immersive modules, where learners will explore everything from emotional intelligence and influencing to team effectiveness and sustainable leadership practices.

If your business is serious about long-term capability and culture, this is a powerful, future-facing investment.

Apprenticeships: Funded and Future-Proof

The Future Ready programme is delivered as part of Raise the Bar’s Levy-funded leadership and management apprenticeship offer. This means organisations can access world-class development with no direct training costs, using their Apprenticeship Levy allocation.

Even better, there’s a major incentive for hiring younger apprentices: If your learner is under 25, you’re exempt from paying employer National Insurance contributions for the duration of the programme. This can represent significant savings for businesses that are nurturing young talent.

To make applications and enrolments as simple as possible, we’ve broken down the National Insurance exemption process into 5 easy steps:

  • Confirm Apprentice Details – Ensure your apprentices are under 25 and employed through an approved apprenticeship standard or framework like Raise the Bar

  • Check Earnings – Verify the apprentice’s earnings are below the £967 per week limit

  • Notify HMRC – You’ll need to inform HMRC of your exemption when you report payroll information

  • Get In Touch – If you’d benefit from talking through your options, the apprenticeship programmes and the potential savings you can achieve, speak to our team.
