Afterworking with multi-million-pound budgets across multiple sectors, Tara went on to co-find a multi-award-winning social enterprise, writing funding applications and securing funds from a range of charitable and government organisations. She wrote the first Accountancy Access to Higher Education Diploma in the country. With a passion for helping individuals and businesses understand the numbers, Tara has won numerous awards over the years.
Tara designs and delivers accounting/finance and spreadsheet training both face to face and online for global organisations and works with companies to provide bespoke learning solutions to enhance growth and enable managers/directors to think more strategically whilst considering the financial implications.
Tara is personable and approachable with the natural ability to put people at ease to ask questions and improve their confidence in making decisions based upon the numbers provided but also have the confidence to challenge financial data provided.
Tara is an educational consultant writing and moderating examination materials for some of the biggest accountancy publishers and awarding bodies around the world. She is an external quality assurer for the Association of Accounting Technicians inspecting colleges around the country, checking quality standards and a guest lecturer at Nottingham Trent University.
