Steve Harris is a customer service expert who has developed a unique approach to motivating front line teams to engage positively and effectively with their customers. It describes the importance of attitude, skills and behaviours required to engage effectively with customers in order to drive sales, average spend and conversion. It also focuses on the role of leadership in driving and most importantly sustaining front line motivation.
His clients include over 90 retail brands including Selfridges, Marks & Spencer, Liberty and Toys R Us, and they recently supported the launch of “Pass My Parcel” a parcel delivery service – a joint venture between Amazon and Smiths News. He also work within the NHS and for several Housing Associations across the UK.
Steve has spent 20 years working in senior management first with Marks & Spencer and most latterly as Retail Director for The Body Shop.
