Sarah Knight is an award-winning human skills and leadership trainer, facilitator and workplace culture consultant. She’s a behaviour changemaker, a business and mindset coach helping individuals and organisations develop success mindsets embedding positive behaviours for change.

Everything Sarah does starts with mindset. It’s the anchor. It’s our ability to manage, to cope, to move forward, it’s the perspective on the world, it’s the lens everyone sees through. It’s how individuals manage personally; it’s how individuals succeed professionally. Building and developing a performance mindset, a success mindset, a growth mindset sets every single individual up for smashing all the barriers we face, for building self-leadership and supercharges success.

As a L&D consultant and expert trainer in human skills, Sarah’s harnessed years of front-line experience to help support and develop individuals. Research shows that character skills training has a dramatic effect on profitability, productivity and resilience in business. Sarah specialises in developing and building character skills.

As a business changemaker, she works with businesses and individuals to define their people strategies, developing award-winning workplace culture and leadership strategies that are practical, real and achieve results. She guards fiercely against tokenism and believes passionately in helping all individuals lead themselves forward to manage their own success strategies.

She’s spearheaded and developed many ‘Women in Leadership’ programmes determined to help women lead themselves forward in business and break the bias. Sarah runs ‘Ministry of Midlife’ a platform designed to help women in midlife bridge the barriers and build a performance mindset for personal and professional development.

As a keynote speaker, regular on the conference circuit and contributor to publications including being featured in Forbes, she’s passionate (and vocal) about helping to equip today’s workforce with the character skills they need to harness success and helping all individuals bridge the character skills gap regardless of gender, background or belief system.

“I can’t recommend Sarah highly enough. Sarah offers training based on genuine knowledge, enriched with realism, humour and her own examples from an envious CV working with and for some of the biggest brands in the UK. For the skills to feel sane in an ever stranger world, Sarah really is the best in the business.”
“Sarah facilitated company-wide leadership focused workshops for our company. Sarah is highly engaging, knowledgable and most importantly, funny! Colleagues of different ages and roles related to the content of the workshops, opening up and contributing to make the sessions enjoyable and inspiring.”
“Sarah can always be relied upon to have a big smile when I speak to her! Human and personable whilst professional, I enjoy working with Sarah. Her energy is infectious, her enthusiasm contagious. She has done a number of fantastic workshops for my organisation. She is one of the ‘safe pair of hands’ I use frequently. She inputs great creative ideas to all discussions. Her input is highly valued and we always get great feedback after an event.”
“We brought three of our graduate cohorts together into our London office. The day started with an insightful and motivational development day on the topic of ‘how to maximise your potential’ delivered by the wonderful Sarah Knight. The day involved plenty of activities and tasks that centred around goal-setting, strategic planning, self-efficacy and growth mindset.”
