Perrine Farque

Perrine Farque is an inclusion expert who empowers leaders to leverage diversity as their competitive advantage. Perrine was nominated in the Top 50 Most Influential Women in UK Tech by Computer Weekly and is also a judge at the Diversity in Tech awards and featured as a keynote speaker at many well-established industry conferences including Microsoft for Startups, Dublin Tech Summit, IBM’s Cascon X Evoke, The Diana Initiative among others.

Perrine drove the strategy at leading companies including Facebook, PagerDuty, Pivotal, Nlyte Software and AvePoint for over a decade. During her career, Perrine managed many teams and worked across multi-cultural groups and she experienced first-hand what makes teams and organisations succeed: building truly inclusive and diverse teams.

Perrine has trained many organisations on how to create truly diverse and inclusive teams to grow the business and use diversity and inclusion as a competitive advantage. Perrine is passionate about educating business leaders to think of diversity and inclusion as their top priority because it is the most important competitive advantage. Perrine is also a frequent contributor in a number of publications including Startup Nation, Diginomica, DiversityQ, FairPlay Talks and many more.

Perrine is also the founder of Inspired Human, a London-based diversity and inclusion agency specialised in helping organisations grow their business through diversity and inclusion programmes.
