As a member of the most effective Robbery Squad in London he received numerous commendations for dedication and professionalism to disarming a gunman where shots were fired, Paul has saved people from suicide and set up a boxing project for underprivileged children after dealing first-hand with the horrific stabbing and murder of a teenage boy. As a licensed bodyguard, he has saved the life of a celebrity and was ultimately cast as a fugitive in the award-winning Channel 4 series HUNTED.
Having been faced with incredibly violent and life threatening scenarios and witnessing harrowing events Paul began to study and learn how to become the fittest, healthiest and most resilient person he could be. From becoming a qualified personal trainer, studying CBT and NLP, practicing and researching meditation and seeing the benefits it has not just on our mental health but our physical health.
Paul see’s every challenge as an opportunity to reframe, recover and learn. As a individual or team performance coaching, we can overcome any obstacle to truly maximise our full potential and become the greatest version of ourselves.
