Currently, Lorraine is Head of Partnerships at Amicable, where she leads the strategy to scale access to the UK’s leading separation and divorce support service. She works at the intersection of business strategy, workplace wellbeing, and societal impact — partnering with corporates, wellbeing platforms, and professional networks to embed Amicable as a workplace benefit and community resource. Her role centres on designing commercial partnership models, building ecosystems that drive growth, and enabling organisations to better support employees through life’s most challenging transitions.

Her work at Amicable is deeply informed by a career at the forefront of community building and wellbeing. As the founder of the University Gospel Choir of the Year (UGCY) and Resonates Well CIC, Lorraine has empowered over 25,000 students and young people across the UK and Ghana, using the arts to build confidence, foster belonging, and improve mental health outcomes. These initiatives directly contributed to her being awarded an MBE in 2022 for services to young people and entrepreneurship.

Lorraine has also held senior leadership roles at Meta (UK Regional Lead, Community Partnerships), UBS (Director, Digital Transformation), and Accenture, where she drove growth and digital innovation across multiple regions. She helped scale the African agritech startup Grow For Me, securing over $6M in revenue and strategic partnerships with MTN and UNCDF.

A multi-hyphenate leader, Lorraine speaks for organisations including GSMA, Meta, Revolut, Nomura, Financial Times, John Lyon School, and Black Business Week. Her talks inspire leaders to think beyond traditional benefits, own their narratives, and build workplaces and communities where people can thrive.
