Do you feel that school gave you the tools to look after your mental and physical health? Neither do I. The truth is, most of us are missing out on our true potential in life, simply because we were never given the knowledge we so desperately deserve. Using my expertise in mental fitness and health, I will provide a framework that will change your life for the better.

Think of the brain as your hardware and your mental health as the software. This talk gives you the tools to upgrade both, using science backed methods and habits that will ultimately change your life. Make today day one.

  • Men’s Mental Health: Everyone’s Business
We’ve been conditioned to see mental health as illness rather than something we can train—just like physical fitness. But when we build mental fitness, the benefits are undeniable: greater resilience, stronger relationships, and a happier, more fulfilling life.

This talk challenges outdated views on men’s mental health, offering practical strategies to boost well-being and manage stress. I’ll share simple, science-backed tools, my own journey, and the lessons that led me to co-found Mettle. By prioritising mental fitness, we can create healthier individuals and stronger relationships—at work, at home, and beyond.

  • The Productivity Paradox: Science Has the Answer
Poor productivity costs the UK £140 billion per year – but the solution isn’t simply working harder. True productivity is about feeling fulfilled, working with purpose and doing what matters,

For businesses, investing in employee well-being isn’t just the right thing to do – it drives profit, reduces turnover, and strengthens growth. Drawing on my books, I share the five key pillars to sustainable productivity, blending science with practical strategies. This talk will transform how you and your team work – boosting both performance and well-being.
