Daniel Strode brings over 15 years of practical corporate experience to his talks, having served as Global Director of Culture and Strategy at Banco Santander, where he led culture change initiatives across 32 countries for a workforce of 220,000 people.

Daniel is the author of The Culture Advantage, a globally respected book that explores the eight traits of the world’s most innovative companies. He draws on a rich blend of research and real-world experience to help leaders foster environments where people thrive and innovation flourishes. His current work includes advising companies on using AI in HR and business, delivering workshops and talks for clients including AECOM, Ferrari, the U.S. Government, and IE University.

Known for delivering practical, energetic, and future-focused sessions, Daniel has spoken to audiences of up to 1,000 people, both in-person and virtually, across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States.
