I really enjoyed Damian’s presentation and it provided me with a lot of food for thought in how I conduct myself over the coming year. Much more importantly, however, was the feedback I had from the team in the room. They were highly complimentary of both Damian’s style and content. Comments I received ranged from ‘‘outstanding’’ to ‘‘the best of its kind I have ever heard.’’ Pretty impressive!
