Annabel Graham

Annabel’s journey into coaching and facilitation is underpinned by an 18-year career as a senior leader in PLC retail organisations, operating at EXCO level for the last five years. She works across a range of industries with leaders in the following ways:​

As an Executive Coach: Annabel works with individual leaders, often in senior roles and enables them to explore their authentic leadership style, overcome challenges and adapt how they show up to be more effective. She works with the whole person within the context of their work and life​

As a Team Coach: Annabel engages with both senior and newly formed teams, focusing on team functioning, dynamics and strategic focus, enabling them to cultivate high-performance behaviours and effective collaboration​

When coaching she works systemically, holding the entire organisational and wider context in mind, understanding that people don’t work in a vacuum, and are impacted by their environment. Annabel acts as a facilitator, encouraging self-reflection through a wide variety of coaching styles and techniques, to enable reflection and new thinking.​

As a facilitator: Annabel designs & delivers bespoke leadership development, talent, change and outplacement programmes for medium to large organisations. She has a motivational, energetic and direct approach and builds strong relationships with clients and delegates to enable their development. ​

Annabel works across Private, Public and Not for Profit sectors, designing and delivering leadership programmes for clients in national infrastructure, technology, retail, professional services, investment banking, national charities and NGOs. She has coached individuals and teams for the NHS, TFL, Network Rail, CQC, Police, national charities, and a wide variety of private sector organisations.
