Wendy Hambleton

Wendy has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years in a variety of sectors and now works with clients in both the private and charitable sector. An experienced practitioner she offers practical advice to support organisations on team development and leadership development with a particular focus on those moving into their first people management position.​

Wendy’s delivery style is inclusive and engaging. She encourages participants to try out new skills and reflection in workshops and uses case studies based on real-life situations to understand how challenges occur, and to apply the lessons learnt to prevent them in the future.​

Having spent years in-house advising managers from an HR perspective she is committed to helping new managers and leaders develop the confidence and skills to enable them step comfortably into their new roles.​

Wendy works with clients on building cultures, talent management and as a true HR business partner.​

As a coach her client base is varied working on outplacement projects, career development and personal effectiveness.
