Meena Karawadhra​

Meena has over 25 years experience in all aspects of the training cycle: from consultancy, design, delivery and evaluation of leadership and personal development programmes. She is passionate about inclusion and creating psychological safety which she believes is simply part of exemplary engaging leadership and creating healthy productive teams. ​

Meena has worked across sectors, industries and seniority levels and enjoys and encourages using interactive and participative facilitation methods to break barriers to encourage innovative thinking. Her training delivery is enhanced by also allowing pragmatists to draw on her own experience of leading teams while managing national projects to turn learning into practical actions back at work. ​

Meena is also a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and coaches to facilitate transformational change both at personal level or organisational level. This includes working with clients to help them identify and move towards the change they seek, dealing with issues such as limiting beliefs and confidence, anxiety as well as motivation, values elicitation, and behavioural change etc. ​

Meena is also accredited to deliver Core Strengths and uses the tool for individual coaching as well as leadership and team building events.
