Elizabeth Gait​

During a career history which grew from generalist HR, outplacement consultancy, recruitment & selection, learning & development and organisational development, she developed her passion for developing people’s potential and established her own freelance consultancy business to focus on what she loves doing. Liz has worked across all sectors and clients have included West Mercia Police, Motorola, The Alzheimer’s Society, local authorities, Otsuka Pharmaceutical, Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust and Kandersteg International Scout Centre in Switzerland. She works with SMEs to international organisations who ‘believe what she believes’ – namely, the value of people and energising them to maximise their potential.​

With a passion for high performance in leadership and team development, Liz usually churns through a couple of books per month and turns this into practical, inspiring and motivational content for entrepreneurial leaders and teams. Her style is facilitative, positive and aimed to enable people to be the best version of themselves and to achieve this in others too. She is fascinated by people, their preferences and perceptions and uses Insights Discovery, one of the global leaders in profiling tools, to maximise individual and team performance.​

Liz spends time to explore your organisational, leadership, team or personal development needs and devises entirely bespoke sessions, mentoring, coaching and training events to support the growth and learning you require.​

In her spare time she is mostly outside – restoring an orchard, gardening, touring on her motorbike and always planning her next adventure!​
