Chris Gregory is an international athlete and speaker whose career spanned 10+ years in the highest levels of elite sport.
A former Team GB and Team England beach volleyball player, he has represented his country on the World Tour, competed at the Commonwealth Games, and built a reputation for exceptional longevity in a physically demanding discipline. His journey through injury, reinvention, and high-pressure performance sits at the heart of his work with audiences today.
Over more than a decade in elite sport, Chris has developed a practical understanding of resilience – not as a slogan, but as a process shaped by setbacks, recovery, and sustained progress under uncertainty. His keynote on resilience draws directly from navigating team dynamics, selection pressures, self-funding his pursuits, and the psychological demands of competing against the world’s best. He translates these lessons into tools that leaders and teams can apply in fast-moving corporate environments, particularly around adaptability, sustained consistency, and building personal capacity in times of personal and professional challenge.
