Carina Keen

Carina is an experienced behavioural psychologist who works as an executive and team coach, facilitator, and business consultant. She supports businesses of all sizes – from SMEs to FTSE 250 – in leadership development, building inclusive cultures, delivering business transformation and improving employee wellbeing. ​

Before founding her own successful consultancy, Carina held senior leadership roles in both private and public sector organisations. Applying her expertise and drawing from extensive experience, she creates deep human connections with clients, helping them to transform their business behaviours and culture.​

Carina brings a human-centred perspective into the workplace, translating business direction into vital behaviours that enable individuals to flourish, elevate team cohesion and increase commercial performance.
