Nicky co-founded Cirrus in 2010 – an award-winning global Leadership, Talent & Engagement consultancy, was an integral member of the Executive Board and led the consulting and operations teams prior to the sale of the business to Accenture in 2021 where she became a Managing Director before returning to the freelance consulting world in July 2023. She is also a Non-Executive Director.
