Solene has worked on many subject areas, but decided to specialise in leadership development a few years ago by joining a Leadership and Talent Management consultancy, first as an employee, then as a trusted associate.
It’s essential for Solene to be involved in all aspects of leadership development, providing a 360-degree vision of a learning initiative to ensure it’s working (that we can actually notice changing behaviours and measure performance improvement) and to continuously improve it. Solene works concurrently on learning strategy, instructional design and delivery.
Solene has thorough experience designing solutions using various modalities, technologies and methodologies, including the design of GSK’s global Leadership Programme for First Line Leaders or the Performance Management Programme at RELX.
Solene facilitates training both virtually and face-to-face, with international training delivery experience in English and French. Solene’s facilitation style is personable, dynamic and coach-like. In recent years, Solene has facilitated leadership development workshops for pharma, logistics and retail companies on topics such as performance management, strategic planning, and facilitation skills training for managers.
