Previously Global Head of Data Governance at Chanel, now CEO & Founder of True Change (a business connecting diversity, equity, inclusion, data and stories to drive change) Sathya inspires others through her unique story. Driven by purpose she transitioned from a successful corporate career (Chanel, Deloitte, HSBC, Barclays) to create her own business and the global community My Skin My Story, which empowers women of colour. Sathya is also Board Trustee at Young Lives vs. Cancer and dance organisation Company of Others.

In speaking, she demystifies identity, bias, intersectionality, inclusion and allyship by tapping into stories and humanising data. By telling her story, Sathya embraces the uniqueness of her lived experience, being a Sri Lankan Tamil woman, born in Singapore who grew up in Sydney and moved to London as a young adult.

“I use my leadership platform and deep relationships across industries to to drive positive change by connecting data, stories, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). I believe by bringing these skill sets together we can make more sustainable progress towards equity for all.”
