Bejay Mulenga MBE is a creative entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in business and education. As a passionate educator for entrepreneurs, he has helped over 10,000 people take their businesses to the next level and is the youngest recipient of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion in the UK.

Bejay is the founder of Supa Academy, a platform that teaches young people enterprise skills, and the CEO of Supa Network, a training provider and creative network for international clients such as Apple, Uber, and Google. He is also CEO of the Student View, the award-winning media literacy charity, and serves on the Advisory Board for BRiM and Tackling Loneliness Network. With a proven track record of impact and outreach, Bejay is dedicated to helping the next generation tap into their potential and succeed.

Bejay’s journey started at age 13 with the launch of Supa Tuck, a student-run tuck shop that taught real-life business skills and made over £15,000 in its first year. The program’s success was so remarkable that it was franchised, reaching 5,000 young people across 100 schools and making it to Lord Young’s ‘Enterprise For All’ report in 2014.

Noticing the skill gap in the UK, Bejay founded Supa Academy, a platform that provides young people with enterprise education and experience. The first-ever Supa Market, a three-day pop-up enterprise experience, drew in hundreds of young people to attend talks, and workshops, and run market stalls, attracting over 29 million views and readerships.

Bejay also runs Filli Studios, a co-founded influencer marketing agency that’s partnered with big names like Lynx, Coca Cola, and Sony RCA.

Bejay’s talks cover Leadership, Resilience, Uncertainty and Talent Development.

“Bejay took our Data and AI Solutions team through the twists and turns of his entrepreneurial journey, covering stories of risk, resilience, courage, community and drive. He spoke from the heart and both touched and inspired everyone. He cleverly worked in moments of interaction and individual reflection, so each participant had an opportunity to personally grow and develop, working on strategies for making more time for creativity and better mechanics for strengthening resilience in the face of challenge and change. Some people joined remotely online, others were in the room, but the whole team were motivated and energised by the experience and felt they learned a lot. Key takeaways included tactics for personal growth; tips on prioritisation and time management; and an emphasis on life as a journey for learning. Bejay also shared his personal passion for journalling and nature, and talked movingly about tackling loneliness and mental health, particularly in young men.” – Professor Kerensa Jennings Director, Data Platforms Data and AI Solutions, BT ( British Telecoms)
It was a pleasure having Bejay involved as one of our partners on Mayor of London Funded Future Start Up Now Founders programme. Bejay really added value throughout, not only with his keynote talk titled How To Fail Well which kicked off the whole programme and was a great introduction to the course, but his weekly coaching sessions and support for the participants throughout was excellent. Bejay tailored his support depending on the individual’s needs and was able to give instant resources, tips, techniques and contacts (through his own extensive network). Fran Plowright & Beth Khan
