A ‘guide on the side’ and occasionally a ‘sage on a stage’, Andy uses his coaching qualifications and experience to help his customers achieve return on their investment and expectation.
Skilled both face to face and virtually, Andy works with many organisations across several sectors including BAE Systems, Atos, National Highways, Specsavers, Local government, Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group and has coached both in the UK and internationally.
As an ex-first line and operational manager himself, Andy especially enjoys working with this level audience to help develop their leadership, management and personal effectiveness skills.
His ethos is that learning and development isn’t a spectator sport and he works with his delegates and customers to create world class learning environments. He uses his ‘no nonsense’ approach to bring learning to life, challenging in a supportive, non-confrontational way, to allow the learner to think differently.
Andy is also a grass roots cricket coach, and supporter of men’s mental health organisations.
