Eva has 12 years operational experience in hospitality working for luxury hotel groups such as Hyatt Corporations, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and IHG in Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

In 2008, she changed her career focus and moved into Learning and Development where she found her passion for this industry.

In 2011, Eva and her team won the award for the “Best Talent Development” within Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Over the past 14 years Eva has delivered many training sessions as freelance Learning & Development Associate in German, French and English in the hospitality sector but also across other sectors like Private Hospitals, Banking, Pharmaceutical and Automotive Sector who seek to develop their middle-management team.

Eva enjoys delivering interactive training solutions that encourage critical thinking, self-reflection and appetite for learning. Her work ranges from consultancy, design, delivery and evaluation of Leadership and Personal Development programmes.

Eva specialises in Employee Engagement, Supervisory and Management Skills Development.

The training topics she delivers range from Performance Management, Interviewing Techniques, Communication, Improving Team Work, Change Management, Self-Development incl. Psychometric Tools, to Customer Service. ​​

In January 2022 she moved to the US with her family and continues her work from her new home.

  • Certified Facilitator and Assessor of Group-Training-Techniques
  • Certified practitioner of Emergenetics (Psychometric tool)
