A 12-week, structured programme designed to give your people confidence and knowledge when dealing with equality and diversity, all for only £1,295 per person (+VAT).

Anyone with a passion for equality, diversity and inclusion!
But particularly those with a responsibility for promoting this within your organisation.

Those completing the programme will:

  • Become champions of change, helping to influence colleagues and managers at all levels
  • Be able to confidently communicate the business and personal benefits of equality and diversity
  • Gain the knowledge and ability to monitor and assess equality and diversity policies and practices
  • Improve their confidence in dealing with cases of harassment, bullying or victimisation
  • Produce a tangible action plan for your organisation
  • Gain a level 4 ILM qualification

Split over 5 half-day workshops, this comprehensive programme provides the knowledge and skills to create a diverse workforce, establish an inclusive culture and ensure equal opportunities. It includes an in-depth evaluation of your own organisational policies and procedures through completion of a written assignment.

In his session, he covers how diversity and inclusion is no longer just a ‘nice to have’ for organisations but is imperative to help drive innovation, employee retention and high performance. He discusses the challenges and opportunities of the future of D&I and includes some practical tools that can be applied to reduce some of the barriers to inclusion at work.
