The details

Supporting your first line leaders and managers to succeed

This virtual programme covers core modules to meet the criteria of the awarding body – the ILM.

The programme is highly practical and delivered by our leadership and management subject matter experts. It features interactive workshops, as well as brilliant resources, to guide each learner through their assignments and help them apply and embed their learning straightaway.

Our in-house programmes are bespoke and designed around the skills gaps in your business.

How it works

This experiential programme features a mix of practical workshops aligned to two work-based assignments. Details of the assignment questions are shared at the start of the programme, so learners can quickly see how their learning will be measured whilst they apply it back in the workplace.

Our suggested learning pathway supports the delegates to gain a thorough understanding of leading, managing and coaching their team – topics that ILM say are crucial for the success of a first line manager or leader.

On successful completion of both assignments, the learner will receive a Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management.

Priced at £1,250 per person (+ VAT), the programme is designed around a minimum cohort of 12 delegates.
