Location: Knowsley, Merseyside – with remote working

Salary: £19 000 – £22 000 DOE

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

The main focus of this role will see you serving as a key point of contact for customers of our Speaker Business from both new and existing clients. Whilst primarily focused on our Speaker Business there will be elements of offering general support and assurance to the wider business in processing data and wider administration tasks to help us achieve our vision.

 

Some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Liaising with speakers and potential speakers on a day-to-day basis, adding new speakers to the roster of speakers
  • Assist in preparing proposals and creatives to help find the right solution for our clients
  • Help in the preparation of contracts
  • General account management duties such as the follow up of daily tasks, dealing with logistical arrangements etc.
  • Facilitating and taking notes / points of action on briefing calls between the speakers and the clients
  • Prepping and recording information for invoicing
  • Facilitating tech runs and joining live and virtual speaker events to ensure the smooth running of events
  • Ensure sales records are updated and maintained promptly on our CRM system
  • Communicate customer feedback and speaker activity both internally and externally
  • To provide support to queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • General administration support where required.
