The main focus of this role is to deliver apprenticeships in Leadership & Management and our new L5 Professional Coaching standard for our clients.

Location: Nationwide – working remotely

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 a year

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Licence/Certification: D32/D33 or A1 License (Required)

Experience:

  • Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Coaching: 2 years (Preferred)

 

 

Some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Assess and support learners throughout their apprenticeship programme, including through EPA
  • Managing a case load of learners across multiple clients
  • Provide Functional Skills support as necessary
  • Observe learners virtually to help gather high quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship
  • Support IQA activities as required
  • Peer to peer moderation and observation to ensure standardization across the coaching team
  • Monitor learner attendance and OTJ
  • Carry out remote learner sessions and reviews
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress and guarantee compliance with audit requirements
  • Support IQA activities as required

What you’ll need:

  • Hold a Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1 or TAQA
  • L5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring or at least working towards
  • Experience delivering Apprenticeship standards
  • Experience of supporting learners through EPA including knowledge of the full gateway experience
  • Providing functional skills support for learners up to L2
  • Previously held first line or operational manager positions
  • Experience of supporting learners remotely including use of an e-portfolio system, using a range of ICT packages e.g. Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
